Responsibilities

Researching, documenting, and optimizing system requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems

Producing clear technical artifacts, including business flow diagrams and documentation

Articulating complex system interactions to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with release coordination, incident analysis, Splunk queries, dashboards, and alerts supports operational excellence

Delivering value by reducing design and requirements risk, ensuring clarity and precision in technical solutions

Taking accountability for independently driving results while staying current with evolving technology
