Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex datasets and provide insights that support P&C reinsurance business decisions
Leverage deep knowledge of Property & Casualty and Reinsurance platforms to support data analysis, reporting, and operational enhancements
Meet with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring data solutions align with business needs
Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills to efficiently extract, manipulate, and validate large data sets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data flows, perform ETL transformations, and support data mapping processes
Contribute to projects with strong project management capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
