Kelso Industries is a leading mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC and refrigeration systems. They are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting

Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability

Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and foremen to ensure quality and efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders

Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications

Work closely with operations leadership to allocate labor and equipment resources

Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company standards

Identify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining momentum

Represent Feldkamp Mechanical at project meetings and prepare necessary reports

Required

5–10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on commercial/industrial HVAC projects

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and construction methods

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Valid Driver's License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as needed

OSHA 30

Preferred

PMP certification a plus
