Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot internal computer systems, software, and user workflows
Diagnose technical issues and implement efficient, scalable solutions
Manage and optimize MS365 tools including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and user permissions
Work with and maintain code written in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
Support data flows between marketing platforms, CRMs, and intake systems
Manage and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, performance, and security
Monitor and improve site performance, usability, and conversion tracking
Manage Google Analytics and related tracking tools
Support SEO strategy and implementation
Assist with or manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, including tracking, optimization, and reporting
Collaborate with legal, intake, marketing, and leadership teams
Support operational improvements for internal mass tort cases and third-party service clients
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting best practices
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
Experience with APIs and software integrations
Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and digital performance tracking
Experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and/or SQL
Familiarity with mass tort litigation or legal intake workflows
Law clerk or paralegal experience
Experience working in a legal, legal marketing, or regulated environment
