Responsibilities
Partner closely with Customer Success to deeply understand customer needs, goals, and constraints
Translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements for Engineering
Ensure requirements clearly convey the desired outcome, not just the requested solution
Act as the connective tissue that keeps context from getting lost between teams
Support new customer onboardings, documenting requirements needed to deliver successfully
Contribute to product features and enhancements, from ideation through delivery
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and ambiguities in existing processes—and help fix them
Continuously refine how requirements are gathered, documented, and communicated
Use AI tools to accelerate requirement creation, refinement, and validation
Experiment with AI-driven workflows to streamline analysis, documentation, and handoffs
Bring new ideas to the team on how AI can improve speed, quality, and consistency
Rapidly build fluency in financial services concepts, data, and workflows
Ask smart questions until you fully understand how and why things work
Become a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, not just react to them
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills
Exceptional curiosity—you don't stop at surface-level understanding
Comfort working between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to move fast without sacrificing accuracy
Demonstrated ability (or strong interest) in using AI tools to increase productivity
Interest in or exposure to financial services (lending, payments, fintech, banking, etc.)
Preferred
Prior experience or education in financial services, fintech, or data-driven environments
Exposure to software delivery, data platforms, or analytics tools
Familiarity with writing requirements, user stories, or functional specifications
Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementations
