Responsibilities

Provide compassionate medical care through virtual and on-site consultations, leveraging AI-infused technology to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection strategies, empowering them to take control of their health

Collaborate with a hand-picked, highly engaged clinical team to deliver integrated care and support patient needs

Champion quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education to enhance patient care

Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating patients in order to meet their needs

Determines level of urgency of follow-up, and referral/consultation appointments

Documents all services in patient's electronic medical record

Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations
