Organizational Development Specialist

Boulder Community Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organization serving the Boulder County community, and they are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating organizational development programs, enhancing employee onboarding, and facilitating training initiatives that align with the goals of Boulder Community Health.

Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate BCH’s core leadership development programs
Manage and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Prepare and distribute all supporting training and communication materials
Schedule all training rooms ensuring all rooms or online trainings are set up for effective learning
Designs and implements a variety of initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, site-based training, assessments, or other solutions
Ability to analyze various forms of data, from survey results to training program assessments, to determine effectiveness and create the best strategies possible
Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and change management efforts related to training and development
Support the rollout of enterprise training programs and continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of the Organizational Development Manager
Actively contributes to the development and refinement of training strategies and programs
May partner with the Talent Acquisition/Business Partner teams to stay aware of organizational issues and assist in closing knowledge gaps

Qualification

Organizational DevelopmentTraining FacilitationHR Generalist ExperienceEmployee RelationsHealthcare Experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of proven work experience as an on-the job trainer, trainer, training facilitator, or similar role required

Preferred

5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience with proven work experience in employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition preferred
Hands-on experience facilitating on-the job, instructor-led, or virtual leadership development preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
