The Sales Business Development role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, delivering new clients, and building client relationships to achieve business growth goals.
Responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calls
Conducting market research and developing relationships with potential clients
Delivering new clients and building and nurturing client relationships
Preparing customized business proposals
Collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs
Contributing to the achievement of business growth goals
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
Effective Communication skills to build relationships and present proposals clearly
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and targeting potential clients
Excellent Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure satisfaction
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales or business targets
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments
