Responsibilities

Completing applications for loans, new memberships, accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)

Completing all account maintenance requests, including assistance with account discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, closing accounts, etc

Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently support credit union sales efforts

Consulting with members to match credit union products and services to their needs

Delivering exceptional service to members and prospective clients across all communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses while fostering strong, positive relationships
