Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple client tax engagements from planning through completion
Provide expert advice on business and corporate tax matters
Develop and implement effective tax strategies and actionable recommendations
Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships
Resolve complex tax issues using a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Utilize tax technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Review work prepared by staff and provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license – Required
5+ years of experience in public accounting – Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field – Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills – Required
Currently working in (or recent experience with) public accounting – Required
Preferred
Corporate tax experience
Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
Experience with tax automation and technology tools
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities
