Responsibilities

Administrative support to the Engineering Department as it relates to the continuous improvement aspects of bad actor analysis and reporting

Back-up the Parts Room Manager for all purchasing for all non-capex project

Coordinate with internal/external resources to ensure flawless internal customer support

Become a super-user with the Company’s reporting and project management software to be a resource for all design department team members

Required

Associate's degree or Direct work experience in administrative/coordinator capacity (minimum of 5 years)

Proven understanding of a maintenance and engineering workflow at a food manufacturing plant

Self-starter and strong initiative

Extremely organized

Able to multi-task

Very strong attention to detail

Good communicator

Able to work with and understand engineering terminology

Preferred

Experience in strategic planning and internal customer support

Experience in ERP and CMMS software

Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint), Microsoft Dynamics
