Responsibilities
Monitor inspection guidelines are being followed by the various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors
Review 3rd Party Inspection Vendors monthly invoices for accuracy and provide recommendations for payment outside the established agreement
Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies
Manage 3rd party Inspection Companies vendor relationships to maximize accurate/timely Inspection
Qualification
Required
3—5 years' experience in financial services, remarketing or auction experience
Oral and written communication skills
Conflict management skills
Computer skills sufficient to manage multiple processes
Customer service experience
Time Management
Relationship building
Ability to handle customer disputes and escalations through written and oral communication with the de-escalation skills
Previous experience in a high volume, team oriented environment with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and learning agility
