Responsibilities
Lead utility-scale solar & BESS EPC projects (100MW+) from NTP through COD
Own project scope, schedule, budget, and execution
Drive construction with strong on-site leadership across all trades
Manage schedules (MS Project / P6), RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
Track costs, forecasts, cash flow, and approve pay apps and invoices
Enforce site safety, QA/QC, permitting, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with clients, utilities, AHJs, landowners, and internal teams
Support commissioning, energization, and turnover to O&M
Deliver final project closeout and reporting to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar EPC
Proven track record delivering ground-up EPC projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced field environment
Comfortable working long hours in demanding site conditions
