Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the administration of new hire onboarding, including scheduling, proctoring, maintaining materials, preparing reports, and overall program/process administrative activities
The Onboarding Program Assistant is responsible for assisting new employees through the entire onboarding experience by communicating and responding to program related information, questions, and requests
Prepares necessary materials in advance, providing an exceptional customer experience for Lee Health’s newest employees
Provides support for the design and implementation of a best-practice, scalable onboarding strategy that emphasizes the candidate experience, strengthens the onboarding program, and optimizes the Lee Health brand- Caring People, Inspiring Health

Qualification

Advanced MS Office skillsLearning new systemsEffective communicationOrganizational skillsClerical/Administrative experience

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 Years Clerical/Administrative Experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, balancing multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Advanced MS Office skills
Successful track/record in learning and applying new Systems (Infor and SkillPort)
