Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services
Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction
Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry
Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support
Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive

Qualification

Customer service experienceSales experiencePassion for technologyCommunicationRetail environment experience

Required

One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans
Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays

Preferred

Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment
A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally
