Responsibilities

Ensure the property is clean, maintained, and safe for residents, prospects, employees, and visitors at all times, including offices, common areas, stairwells, basements, grounds, exteriors, and more

Identify and address potential situations that could cause liability to the property or management company

Assess the physical condition of properties and recommend improvements to enhance curb appeal, with approval from the Manager

Complete all work orders timely, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough clean-up before leaving the unit or finishing each work session

Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas at all times

Ensure all exterior lighting is functional and adequate for community safety; oversee necessary inspections

Set realistic project deadlines and keep the Manager updated on progress

Follow all applicable codes, legal requirements, OSHA standards, and compliance statutes
