Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle candidate identification and sourcing across multiple professional channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and provide intensive interview preparation, including mock interviews and resume reviews, to ensure candidate success
Manage the offer process, extend job offers, and maintain continuous contact with placed candidates to ensure needs are met post-assignment
Qualification
Required
Exceptional written and verbal communication, listening, and collaboration skills, which are core to the role
A high level of self-motivation and a persistent, determined drive to achieve set professional goals and metrics
An enjoyment of working closely with people and a passion for building client relationships
The ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when interacting with businesses and individuals
Interest in an entry-level position or a desire to switch careers into the recruiting field
