Responsibilities
Coordinate and develop Power BI reporting and technical solution projects that help tell a story for the client through data and visualization
Apply data analysis to solve business problems and identify opportunities for process, policy, and automation improvements
Understand data sources, constraints, and blockers; ensure data integrity and quality for reporting solutions
Develop a thorough understanding of the customers’ business, technical environments, needs, and constraints to effectively provide solutions
Analyze complex problems, derive options and innovative solutions, and present them in clear visual narratives for diverse stakeholder audiences
Build solid, positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders; communicate proactively on status, risks, decisions, and delivery quality
Manage resource capacity and ensure the workload of the team is prioritized and allocated effectively
Develop and deliver MBR content reflecting the team’s projects, accomplishments, and capacity to the leadership team
Build solid, positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation of reporting and processes
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of high-tech industry experience
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated experience
Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical projects and teams
Expertise in understanding business processes and defining business, functional, and technical requirements
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment
Preferred
Knowledge and/or experience working with Finance and/or strategic business planning is a plus
Experience with Power BI (Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL). Knowledge of Fabric and Power Apps is a plus
Experience building automation solutions in a Microsoft Power Platform environment to reduce manual efforts is a plus
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with user groups and Security
