Support three attorneys including the Managing Partner
Draft and finalize litigation documents; perform accurate state and federal e-filing
Manage calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Organize case files, track deadlines, and assist with trial preparation
Communicate professionally with clients and court personnel
Handle billing, time entries, and expense reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years of civil litigation experience
