Lead and scale the Estimating Department (people, process, systems)
Drive winning bid strategies aligned with growth goals
Oversee estimates, constructability, risk, and value engineering
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and BD
Lead proposals, client presentations, and bid handoffs
Mentor and develop high-performing estimators
Qualification
Required
10+ years estimating / preconstruction
5+ years leading estimating teams
Electrical utility EPC projects $5MM–$50MM+
Renewable (Solar/BESS) & Substation experience
Proven Estimating Department leadership
Electrical utility & renewable EPC construction
Solar, BESS, and Substation estimating
Primavera, Bluebeam, MC2 / ICE (or equivalent)
