Engineering Rotational Development Program
Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is offering an Engineering Rotational Development Program for recent graduates in engineering fields. Participants will engage in three 6-month rotations across various engineering disciplines, leading to a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Experience three, 6-month rotations selected based on education backgrounds, professional interests, and aspirations
Go through rotations in Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, Test Engineering, Reliability, Controls, and Process Engineering
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates from an undergraduate programs in engineering and professional fields
Degrees in one or more of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Engineering Mechanics
Full time availability starting in summer of 2025
Successful completion of the program leads to transition into full time regular position
Pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check required
Negative drug/alcohol test result required for employment
