Florida Brain Bank Manager

The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center (ADRC) has been a trusted community resource in Central Florida since 1984, dedicated to supporting families and caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The Florida Brain Bank Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Brain Bank program, manage relationships with donor families, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Brain Bank program
Foster relationships with donor families
Coordinate brain donations
Manage program logistics
Ensure compliance with all procedures and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation
Work closely with both internal teams and external medical and research professionals

Required

Effective Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to manage budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
Team Management experience, with an aptitude for leading and motivating teams effectively
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with donor families, team members, and external stakeholders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Experience in nonprofit working environments or healthcare organizations
