Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and office visits
Process policy renewals, review coverage, and assist clients with renewal decisions
Handle billing questions, payments, cancellations, reinstatements, and documentation
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up
Prepare renewal summaries and ensure timely delivery
Complete policy endorsements and maintain accurate records
Support producers with quotes, forms, and administrative tasks
Provide an outstanding customer experience and build long-term client relationships
Identify cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong computer navigation and organizational skills
Opportunity to obtain California Property & Casualty license (agency assists)
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Prior experience in an insurance agency
Experience with renewals, endorsements, billing, or customer support
Familiarity with CRM or agency management systems
