Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 engineers, handling all personnel management functions including staffing, performance management, fostering a positive work environment, and mentoring
Technical Leadership: Serve as team lead and technical contributor for Configuration Management, Change Management, and Quality Assurance
Scrum Master: Perform Scrum Master duties, coordinating and conducting Agile ceremonies
Engineering Practices: Oversee engineering practices, including Risk Management, software development lifecycle, and team collaboration
