Business Office Manager/HR Generalist
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our family. The role involves organizing and performing business office functions including accounting, payroll, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records, while fostering a team-oriented culture.

Organizes and performs business office functions to include accounting, payroll, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience
Preferred
Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting
Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience
