In this role, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs and help bring their vision to life through personalized design solutions.

Responsibilities

Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport

Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space

Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions

Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction

Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience

Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc

Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads
