Responsibilities

Lead CRM and omnichannel transformation initiatives, especially with Salesforce Health Cloud
Advise on CRM strategy, system configuration, and business process improvements across commercial, medical, and field teams
Guide blended teams to deliver transformation projects on schedule
Analyze data, develop client recommendations, and design strategic roadmaps
Implement AI-driven CRM strategies for personalized, cross-channel engagement
Assess CRM capabilities, define Salesforce requirements, and support configuration/testing

Required

5+ years in management consulting or industry, focused on Pharma/Life Sciences, especially Sales & Marketing
Strong omnichannel, CRM, and digital marketing knowledge
Experience with Salesforce (Health/Sales Cloud), CRM implementations, and omnichannel orchestration
Skilled in AI/GenAI, data analysis, and process automation
Demonstrated consulting competencies: meeting/workshop facilitation, deck writing, client interviewing, issue and data analysis, process design, and change management
Experience leading workstreams and small teams
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Valid Salesforce certification (Administrator or higher)
Willingness to travel up to 50-75%
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
