Responsibilities
Work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment to analyze requirements, discuss software design, and develop testing strategies to meet quality goals
Develop robust test automation frameworks and class libraries for UI, API, and integration layers using Java, JavaScript, and Cypress
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles
Perform functional, system, and regression testing for web applications and REST APIs
Partner with QE teams to create tools that improve testing efficiency and reliability
Contribute ideas and solutions that drive quality across the organization
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required
Proficiency with Java
Preferred
Excellent understanding of software quality fundamentals and principles
Demonstrated experience in authoring comprehensive testing strategies, test plans for multi-tier web applications and APIs
Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI automation
Proficient in functional testing and automation of RESTful APIs
Experience with build tools such as Maven, CI/CD tools such as Gitlab/TeamCity
Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience working with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
