Designing and owning flight-critical components and systems
Driving components from concept through qualification and production
Solving hard problems at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and test
Working side-by-side with world-class engineers, technicians, and builders
Helping scale production for a program intended to fundamentally change air travel
Qualification
Required
Experience in engineering, integration, or manufacturing
Background in aerospace, automotive, space, defense, energy, or similarly complex hardware environments
Ability to design and own flight-critical components and systems
Experience driving components from concept through qualification and production
Problem-solving skills at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and test
Ability to work side-by-side with engineers, technicians, and builders
Motivation by impact and accountability
