Member Services Representative
SECU is a Retail Banking institution looking for innovative professionals to join their team as Member Services Representatives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, managing lobby traffic, and educating members on SECU products and services while promoting self-service behaviors.

Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of exceptional member service through high levels of engaging communication, accuracy and efficiency
Educate members on SECU products and services and make appropriate referrals
Coordinate lobby traffic, manage appointment schedules, and set realistic wait-time expectations for walk-up members
Assist members through the Curbside channel and promote SECU’s alternative channels of delivery
Model self-service behaviors and ensure effective referral-based conversations that benefit both the member and the Financial Center
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of and understanding of SECU (e.g. critical measures, strategy)
Knowledge of home financial center/surrounding market footprint
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Awareness of SECU Brand and the impact on our envisioned future
Thorough knowledge of SECU's products and services
Ability to take accountability for behaviors and results
Ability to be a highly effective advisor to the member
Ability to be a team player within the financial center

Experience Proven performance in relationship building, goal attainment in retail banking sector preferred
