Responsibilities
Manage overall administrative activities for the office
Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc
Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, sorting, and distributing mail; assist with the preparation of correspondence to clients
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Schedule conferences, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Perform data entry for various systems and databases
Participate and supervise in a wide range of company projects and events
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual of Spanish is required
Consistent, professional manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good time management skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field required
Preferred
At least 2 years of professional administrative support experience in a professional office environment preferred
