Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of OneStream integrations with enterprise finance systems
Architect scalable solutions for real-time financial and operational data streaming
Enable AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling through optimized data pipelines
Provide technical leadership during live financial presentations and virtual events
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT leadership to ensure compliance and data integrity
Develop best practices, documentation, and training for technical teams
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration and technical leadership
Expertise in OneStream platform and enterprise finance tools (Oracle ERP, SAP, Workday)
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to finance (predictive analytics, anomaly detection)
Proficiency in API integration, data streaming protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of data governance, security compliance, and audit requirements
Exposure to AI-driven finance automation and predictive modeling
Onstream platform certification (if available)
Finance-related certifications (CFA, FP&A) or cloud certifications
