Responsibilities
Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism in home and community settings
Teach essential life and social skills to promote meaningful growth
Collect session data, track progress, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
Contribute to team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills
Communicate effectively with families and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Able to complete RBT training and pass certification within 45 days of hire
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance
Childcare: 1 year (Required)
Working with people with autism: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus
RBT Certification (Preferred)
