Review and approve all external-facing Firm materials
Review legal and contractual documents including NDAs, leases, agreements, and amendments
Oversee documentation governance systems
Liaise with internal Legal and outside counsel
Support strategic Firm transactions
Provide internal education on compliance standards
Monitor regulatory developments
Build scalable compliance processes using Asana
Ensure communications adhere to Firm standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; legal background preferred but not required
4–6+ years in compliance oversight, documentation review, or governance
Strong attention to detail and written communication
Ability to collaborate across Teams and with counsel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
Preferred
Understanding of private fund or registered fund compliance standards is preferred
Proficiency in Asana and artificial intelligence-based tools preferred
