Associate – B2B Marketing & Partnerships - REMOTE
Pulse Labs is a leading UX research firm backed by industry leaders such as Google and Amazon. They are seeking a strategic B2B marketing professional to engage businesses for their research and data programs, requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Design and execute B2B marketing and outreach strategies to recruit companies into Pulse Labs’ research and study programs
Identify and engage CXOs, founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers across small, mid-sized, and large enterprises
Conduct discovery conversations or interviews with businesses to assess fit and align expectations before onboarding them into programs
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with participating businesses through thoughtful communication and white-glove engagement
Own end-to-end outreach workflows including email campaigns, direct outreach, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
Partner closely with internal teams to align messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different business audiences
Ideate and test different channels and venues for reaching decision-makers (e.g., LinkedIn, founder communities, professional networks, partnerships, events, referrals)
Manage the onboarding process for businesses, ensuring clarity on participation requirements, timelines, and expectations
Oversee communications and coordination across multiple concurrent B2B programs
Maintain detailed tracking across extensive spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal systems to manage outreach status, onboarding progress, and participation metrics
Recommend and implement marketing and communication automations to scale B2B outreach and follow-ups efficiently
Work within marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage pipelines, workflows, and reporting
Ensure consistency and quality across communications while managing volume at scale
Manage multi-country, multi-language B2B projects simultaneously
Coordinate with and manage team members or contractors across regions who support outreach, operations, and communications in different languages
Act as a bridge between marketing, research operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execution
Track performance metrics related to outreach, conversion, onboarding, and program participation
Use insights and data to continuously refine strategies, messaging, and targeting
Embrace a test-and-learn mindset to improve outcomes across programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
4 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, growth, or sales-adjacent roles
Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with businesses and senior stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
High comfort managing complex workflows, detailed spreadsheets, and multiple moving parts simultaneously
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred
Experience working in research, SaaS, professional services, or B2B marketplaces
Prior experience recruiting businesses for studies, advisory boards, pilots, or beta programs
Experience managing or mentoring team members across regions or languages
Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a willingness to execute hands-on
Familiarity with global projects spanning multiple countries and cultures
