Inside Sales Executive

New Charter Technologies is a company focused on providing best-in-class technology solutions to small-to-medium sized businesses. They are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to expand service utilization within existing accounts and drive upsell growth by developing strong client relationships and managing a defined book of business.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins
Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Educate clients on new services and industry trends (e.g., compliance, AI, cybersecurity)
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in the HS CRM
Collaborate with service delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and renewal rates
Track client health metrics and proactively prevent churn
Support the outside salespeople in creating quotes, reconciling licensing, and other sales admin duties as needed
Quote complicated IT product offerings with many SKUs
Assist in proposal creation

Required

Experience in inside sales or account management
Comfortable using CRM systems to track pipeline activity, manage renewals, and ensure all client engagements are well-documented
Tech-savvy
Strong communication skills
Eager to learn complex product offerings
Ability to work primarily on-site in an office setting
Standard use of office equipment and computers
Some travel may be required for client meetings and networking events

Preferred

2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in IT, MSP, or SaaS
Familiarity with MSP offerings: firewalls, cloud services, remote monitoring, cybersecurity
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience (HubSpot, ConnectWise)
Ability to multitask and pivot as needed
Desire to grow into a full sales or sales admin role
