Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of individual, corporations and partnership tax returns
Assist with various tasks related to tax compliance and research
Gain exposure to tax returns in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, professional services, retail and more
Organize and maintain client tax files and documentation
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting information
Work with a variety of Principals, Managers and Associates

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
3.0 GPA (cumulative and in accounting major)
Strong drive and motivation to pursue a career in public accounting
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative via work experience and/or extracurricular activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
High degree of curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm

Preferred

Work experience preferred (related or unrelated to accounting)
