Work over the phone with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
Must reside in Arizona state
Passionate and goal-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
