The Pressure Tester will be responsible for conducting pressure tests on chillers for data centers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while maintaining high-performance cooling systems.

Responsibilities
Conduct pressure tests on assembled chillers to ensure proper system function and compliance with quality standards
Inspect and monitor chiller components for leaks, pressure irregularities, or defects
Use testing equipment such as pressure gauges, leak detectors, and digital monitoring systems
Record and document test results, including pressure readings, leak locations, and corrective actions taken
Collaborate with assembly teams to address issues and ensure units are built to specification
Follow safety protocols related to handling pressurized systems, refrigerants, and hazardous materials
Perform routine maintenance on pressure testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and manufacturing quality
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Familiarity with testing equipment such as digital pressure gauges and leak detection tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities
Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Understanding of workplace safety regulations, including PPE requirements and hazardous material handling
Preferred
Quality testing, or HVAC/refrigeration experience preferred
Knowledge of pressure testing procedures, leak detection methods, and chiller systems is a plus
