Responsibilities

Inside sales / account management for Home Depot millwork & special-order doors
High-volume quoting with proactive follow-up
Relationship development with Pro Desk, Millwork, and HD outside sales reps
Product knowledge training via Microsoft Teams
Support for Pro and project-based sales opportunities
CRM-based quote and opportunity tracking
Cross-functional coordination with operations and customer service

Qualification

Required

Inside sales or account management experience (building materials preferred)
Experience with special order or configurable products
Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Preferred

Experience with Home Depot, Lowe's, or big-box retail strongly preferred
Background in doors, millwork, windows, cabinets, or construction products
