New Grad, Entry LevelWaldom is a company focused on customer order fulfillment, and they are seeking a Pick, Pack, Ship Associate to accurately pick, package, and prepare products for shipping. The role involves efficiently locating products, following instructions for packing, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Efficiently locate products per orders in rack and shelving locations
Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Follow written instructions with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all packing and shipping tasks
Utilize barcoding, labeling to identify correct parts
Pre-packing stock
Route picked orders to final destination
Qualification
Required
Basic math and counting skills
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to follow written instructions accurately and independently
Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free order fulfillment
Effective communication skills
Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet
Ability to crouch and stoop
Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day
Preferred
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
