Federal Income Tax Attorney (5+ years): Firm Wide
Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate, Of Counsel or early career Partner attorney to join its Federal Income Tax practice. The role involves working on complex transactions related to renewable energy and low-income housing tax credits, as well as investment funds structuring and partnerships.

Work on renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions
Handle investment funds structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures
Qualification
Required
5 or more years' experience in federal income taxation law with an emphasis on renewable energy and credit work
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, team environment
Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
Federal income tax subject matter knowledge and experience
Preferred
An LLM or tax credit transactional experience
Professional or accounting experience
