The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified applicant to join their Research & Analysis Unit as an Associate Research/Data Analyst. This role involves data collection and analysis for statistical purposes, as well as communication with Missouri citizens to understand their survey needs.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize and analyze data for BLS OSHS statistical purposes

Understand and disseminate statistical information for the SOII program

Keep up to date on current coding procedures, technical requirements, user and program guides for OSHS programs

Consult with Missouri citizens to identify survey needs and specific requirements to complete the surveys and update data profiles

Conduct surveys and collect data for SOII and evaluate survey progress and performance

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, address complaints, and provide assistance

Required

2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)

Preferred

Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness

Ability to complete assignments within specified timeframes

Ability to develop and implement procedures from general instructions
