Responsibilities
Manage a book of 100–200 vehicles at any given time
Coordinate reconditioning, booking, and auction prep post-repo
Partner with internal teams and third-party recovery agents
Determine the right auction strategy: timing, location, lane placement
Perform sale-day responsibilities, including pre/post-sale reporting and IF duties
Use independent judgment to assess vehicle value and condition
Resolve arbitrations and represent vehicles accurately at sale
Build strong relationships with auction staff, clients, and repossession agents
Visit auction locations 1–1.5 days per week (home-based otherwise)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of remarketing, auction, or wholesale auto buying experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Familiarity with the repo process and auction operations
Hands-on knowledge of vehicle condition, pricing, and buyer behavior
Ability to work independently and make real-time decisions
Strong communication and client service skills
Proficient with Google Workspace and auction platforms
