Responsibilities

Receiving, tracking and staging cross-hub orders originating from Nabis’ pick and pack facility
Assisting with tracking and preparation of product transfers to Nabis’ pick and pack facility
Coordinating product pickups within your designated territory utilizing Nabis’ fleet vehicles
Unloading and staging product, as well as preparing Biotrack paperwork
Employing vehicle lift gates, forklifts, and both manual and electric pallet jacks for the secure movement and transport of products
Skillfully constructing and wrapping pallets for secure transfer
Documenting pallet weights and logging in appropriate channels
Ensuring proper pre-loading of vehicles for the next day's deliveries
Monitor rescheduled orders for re-staging and loading
Monitor product rejections to maintain efficient operations and ensure timely processing of reverse fulfillment
Providing support to our OTR (On the Road) team of Delivery Specialists, addressing driver-related questions and concerns, and escalating when necessary
Generation and preparation of required paperwork for routes
Conducting sweeps for canceled, rushed, and rescheduled orders
Support with occasional delivery driving to retail customers (box truck and sprinter van)

Required

Must be at least 21 years of age
Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
Cannabis experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves
Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
Ability to pass pre-employment background check
Clean driving record
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent judgment and work ethic
