Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees in assigned U.S. and Canadian business areas
Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
Design and implement training and development programs for North America, ensuring alignment with business needs
Lead the annual performance management process and support succession planning
Partner on recruiting activities and manage immigration-related processes for assigned groups
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles
Proven ability to design and deliver training and development programs
Experience with performance management and recruiting processes
Strong HR knowledge and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP)
