Responsibilities
Partner closely with both technical and non-technical hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, building transparent pipelines filled with highly qualified and diverse candidates
Strategically plan, manage, and own a pipeline of exceptional talent while delivering a first-class candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
Develop a deep understanding of candidates’ motivations and career goals, and clearly articulate why Heron Power is the ideal place for them to grow and make meaningful impact
Creatively leverage sourcing platforms, networks, and research strategies to identify and engage extraordinary talent
Model best practices in data accuracy, documentation, and candidate communication to ensure operational excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a technical sourcing role
A strong desire to grow a long-term career in sourcing, with clear dedication to advancing your craft and developing deep expertise
Proven success sourcing talent in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is constant
Creativity and resilience, including the ability to design novel sourcing strategies, test new methods, and adapt quickly to challenges
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust from candidates and internal teams alike
