Responsibilities

Manage projects in accordance with the firm's established SDLC process. Ensure proper creation and delivery of SDLC deliverables, lead planning for SRB stage gate reviews

Oversee a portfolio of projects across various business areas and systems. Drive and manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Work with IT leadership in understanding sequencing and identifying dependencies

Develop project plans, create and manage sprints, track tasks, budgets, status reports and other key artifacts

Develop effective reporting for senior leadership around project status, risks, issues and budget

Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work

Schedule and run meetings. Ensure meetings are structured, focused with clear agendas and goals set

Coordinate work with other IT and business teams to drive and track progress; and

Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the business and strong communication with leadership
