The specialist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and collaborating closely with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance plans and inspection criteria for manufactured products
Identify nonconformities, document defects, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Establish inspection criteria for incoming materials and work with suppliers to address quality concerns
Maintain accurate quality documentation and prepare quality reports for management
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements
Participate in initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Train employees on quality assurance procedures and promote a culture of quality awareness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
Two years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing or equivalent education/experience
Preferred certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma)
Preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement techniques
