Responsibilities
Drive the advancement, oversight, and strategic planning of both existing and emerging missile defense systems
Offer expert guidance in defining, managing, and executing requirements traceability with precision
Lead the establishment and operation of the MDA Program Office, ensuring its success and growth
Cultivate collaborative technical exchanges within the MDA engineering community to enhance innovation and synergy
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a STEM field
20+ years of relevant professional experience
An Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level (or above)
Technical expertise supporting government and contracting staff in systems and digital engineering
Experience in the development, management, and planning for current and future capabilities as they relate to missile defense, specifically related to the functional portion of the system
Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations on the development, addition, variances, and changes to functional requirements as well as providing quality checks on technical documentation and products
Senior-level experience in document development, presentations, change requests, and other engineering products
Experience with interacting and supporting high level government customers (Senior NH-4 director-level and above)
Understanding of Industry/DoD engineering best practices, complemented with mature communication skills
